Today we are headed to Peek-A-Boo Canyon |
We drove through Zion National Park on the way |
The sand was very deep in places, 4-wheel drive is the only way to go |
We parked in Red Canyon Wash |
We are heading towards the slot canyon |
Peek-A-Boo is just up ahead |
Beautiful sandstone |
Kent will soon disappear from sight |
He's in there somewhere |
It was quite narrow in places |
Just to prove we were here |
Moss growing on the sandstone |
Bits of sand floated down on us from above |
Kent enjoying the day . . . away from work |
Twists and turns |
We had to turn around here |
Looking towards Red Canyon |
We are taking Angel Canyon Road through to Kanab |
We stopped to check out Kanab Creek |
A nice Studebaker sitting by the creek |
Had to get a picture of this sign . . . for our son, Andrew |
Next time we will stop here when they are open |
Nice mural at Muley Crazy |
Pretty barn in Kanab |
We drove through Moccasin, AZ just out of curiosity |
We were surprised at the old homesteads here |
Colorful cacti in bloom |
Winsor Castle at Pipe Springs National Monument |
Wagon and spring fed pond |
Inside the Winsor Castle Courtyard |
Moustache cup . . . hmmm |
Cacti blooming along the Ridge Trail at Pipe Springs |
